Why Us?

In order to have a better understanding, let us see how the water tanks are cleaned under the conventional method:

Water tanks are cleaned by hiring any available nearby personnel (sweeper, maid, security guard, milk man, plumber, car wash individuals, etc.). These personnel’s are not equipped with any sophisticated technology; they clean the tanks with any available means - usually brush or a broom, which may have been used earlier for cleaning the gutters and toilets. They manually scrub the walls, floors and only sometimes attend to the ceiling of the water tank.

This process in the first place is laborious and the cleaning is ineffective as there is no guarantee of the person having used his full strength to scrub the inner portion of the tank properly or having removed the dirty water and sludge from the tank completely.

You may see the clean water flowing from your taps. But there is more than what meets the eye. Due to natural progression, your tank becomes a breeding ground for bacteria, pollutants and dirt.

Your gain from Tank Doctor Sterilization Process

Conventional method of cleaning the tanks were only options in past but today we have technology and equipment's to perform tasks faster and with assured quality measures. The Tank Doctor Sterilization process involves:

In the first stage, the manhole and surroundings are cleaned off dirt, mud and algae after which the water below the foot-valve level is pumped out using special de-watering equipment.
In the second stage, the sludge which has settled on the floor of the tank is sucked out using our special sludge pumping
And finally in the final stage, sterilization and disinfection is done using Ultra Violet (UV) Radiation which kills any suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank.
In the third stage, using High Pressure Cleaning Machine the walls, flooring and ceiling of the tanks are thoroughly cleaned. The special high pressure jet cleaner is effective that it gets rid of the algae, moss, dirt or other contaminants clinging to the internal surface of the tank.
In the fifth very important stage, the tank is treated with anti-bacterial sterilizing agent. It is totally bio-degradable, ecofriendly and fully safe for human use.
In the fourth stage, the total dirty water along with the sludge is removed through an Industrial Vacuum Cleaner making the tank absolutely speck-free.
There is a general tendency amongst us to choose the cheaper conventional method. On the face of it, a great proposition but lots of risks involved
“Definitely doing things the Tank Doctor way has its positives; don't you agree”.
